The printing and application devices (Print&Apply) – used for printing variable information on the label and label application to the product or its packaging. They are customized to operate and be installed directly on the production lines. The printing and application devices consist of a printing module based on thermal transfer technology and an applicator. Label applicators – devices intended for automatic application of labels directly to a product or its packaging. They are intended for application of previously prepared labels that contain permanent information and graphic elements. Label applicators are intended for application directly on the production lines where the efficiency of label application is adjusted to the speed of the “moving” products. The applicators guarantee the maintenance of repetitive high accuracy of label application and significantly reduce the possibility of accidental human errors. Depending on the type, they make it possible to apply a label to various surfaces regardless of shape and material the product is made of. Print verification systems – a solution used for quality inspection of markings of products or their packaging. The task of imprint verifiers is to separate products the marking of which is incompatible with a particular template or there’s no marking. The most commonly verified are elements of markings or labels which in case of incompatibility can disturb further production or logistic process. Depending on the type of product and configuration, the device makes it possible to verify descriptions, codes and even information saved in an RFID tag. An incorrectly marked product is removed from the production line by being mechanically dropped or with the aid of blowing, and it is most frequently sent to the repair process.
